Hi, I’m Emma.

I’m a mama of two and have spent the past 10 years studying prenatal and postpartum movement, working with women both one-on-one and in group settings.

After having my own babies, I experienced firsthand how confusing postpartum recovery can feel.

Movements that once felt easy suddenly don’t.
Your body feels unfamiliar.
And most women are simply told to “give it time.”

Through years of training, study, and rebuilding my own strength after pregnancy, I learned how to truly support and rehabilitate the postpartum body.

Now I help other women do the same — so they can feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies again.
