Instead of trying the latest fad, I will provide a free assessment where we will discuss your goals, and exactly how we are going to get you there. I will support you, hold you accountable, and provide you with feedback along the way, so we’re sure to stay on track and working towards your goals the entire time.

I offer two 1:1 private client coaching options, both include weekly check ins, accountability, customized exercise routines, free assessment, and nutritional coaching as requested so you’re guaranteed to meet your goals and get the support you require.

In Person Option: This is a great option for those who live in the Massachusetts region, and want face to face mentorship.

-We will meet once weekly at my studio in Dunstable, where we will begin with our weekly check in to see how your body is responding, what changes we need to make, and what progress you are seeing.

-Then we will have an hour long class where I will meet you where you’re at, and challenge you to push your limits in a safe and effective way. Special attention will be placed on alignment and integrating breath and movement.

-In addition to 1 in person class per week, I will also send you home with 2 at home workouts each week.

Online Option: This is a great option for those who would like to work 1:1 with me, but can not commit to in person classes.

-Each week we will have a 30 min call to see how your body is responding to the program, what challenges you’re encountering, and what changes we need to make in order to see your maximum progress during this course.

-You will receive 3 exercise routines weekly which are specifically designed for you, in order to meet you where you’re at, and challenge you to push your limits in a safe and effective way.

Cost: $875 for 8 week course

I have been teaching yoga since 2012, and love everything related to health and fitness! I integrate pilates, barre, and weight training into my own exercise routines, and also integrate these different modalities into your exercise routine! I have been a fitness enthusiast for my entire adult life, and I find that cross training a mix of modalities is the most effective way to build strength and endurance in a safe and effective way.

I have two small kids ages 3 and 6, and struggled with all of the body changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum. While it was such a beautiful experience in so many ways, it also left me feeling disconnected to my body, prone to injury, and frustrated at my inability to do things I once found easy. It took me years of dedication and consistency to slowly and steadily build my core and pelvic floor strength back to where it was before having children. And through this experience I learned how to heal my own body both inside and out, and how to help other women heal their bodies as well! I’m so excited to be on this journey with you, and to help you feel strong, confident, and powerful in your body!
